  • The postal savings incurred at the postal level help underwrite the costs of the Mail Management Service Center.
  • Better utilization of internal business staff. MMSC allows businesses to return their staff to the business.
  • The customer knows the errors and error rates prior to mailing thereby saving additional money by not mailing to addresses which are not valid.
  • If the customer does not having bulk mailing permit, he/she does not have to spend $300 ($150 application fee/$150 renewal fee).
  • All customers of MMSC are given the opportunity to use either/or Standard A or First Class presort permits at no charge from the MMSC.
  • Consultation to customers is "Free." Not sure how to design your mailing piece so it's eligible for automated mailing? Ask and make sure it's right.
  • On-site list management is available for a nominal fee. Want to make sure the list you have on your computer is accurate? We can bring our portable equipment to your office location and do a list evaluation on-site.
